What are my shipping and delivery options?
We deliver with various shipping providers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for local customers. Pickups are available Monday-Thursday 11am-5pm and Saturday 12pm-5pm.
Shipping Fees:
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Once your package is shipped you will be provided a tracking number. We are a small business, thus shipping will vary based upon product availability. Our goal is to have all orders shipped within 3 business days. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at ruetine.info@gmail.com. If there are any foreseen delays on our end, we will contact you via email or phone number provided at checkout. Any delays via shipping provider are out of our control and compensation will not be provided unless there is an issue with the products received caused by Ruetine Skincare. Please refer to our return policy for further details and process so we may determine replacement or reimbursement per our policy guidelines.
Do you deliver internationally?
At this moment, we do not offer international shipping.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If shipping is delayed for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for shipping.
